Other connections from Germany to Karpathos via Athens. Different airlines are connecting almost all German airports with Athens. From Athens to Karpathos you can fly with Aegean Airlines or Skyexpress. 
Other option by Charterflight to Rhodes and then with Skyepress to Karpathos. Or take a ferry from Rhodes or Crete to Karpathos with ANEK or BLUE STAR.
